The return of goods purchased in the e-store is based on the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

Buyer's rights related to defects in the quality of goods

In cases where the purchased product is of poor quality, Article 6.363 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania shall be used. 7th and 10th The seller is responsible for item defects that become apparent within two years of the item being handed over.

If the purchased item did not meet the quality requirements, the buyer, to whom the item of inappropriate quality was sold, has the right, at his choice, within the period specified in Article 6.338 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania:

• Require the seller to remove the defects of the item free of charge (repair the item);
• Require the seller to replace an item of inadequate quality with an item of adequate quality free of charge;
• Require the seller to reduce the price accordingly;
• Terminate the contract unilaterally and demand a refund of the price paid.

The Buyer, who believes that the Seller has violated his rights or legitimate interests related to the consumer contract, has the right to contact the Seller no later than three months from the day the Buyer learned or should have learned about the violation of his rights or legitimate interests.

If the Buyer terminates the contract due to the inappropriate quality of the item, the Seller shall return the paid price no later than within fourteen days from the day of return of the item (Article 6.363 d. 8 of the Civil Code).

The properties of the item comply with the contract if:

• The item corresponds to the description provided by the seller and has the same characteristics as the item provided by the seller as a sample or model;
• The item is suitable for the purpose for which items of this type are normally used;
• The item is suitable for use according to a specific purpose, which the buyer informed the seller at the time of the conclusion of the contract and which the seller agreed with;
• The item meets the quality indicators that are generally typical of items of the same type and that the buyer can reasonably expect based on the nature of the item and the statements made publicly by the manufacturer, its representative or seller of the item, including advertising and labeling of the item, regarding the specific characteristics of the item.

Return of goods of suitable quality upon cancellation of the contract

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract, that is, to return to the seller goods whose shape, size, color, model or set, etc. the buyer does not like. The seller replaces or accepts the goods back within 14 days from the day of delivery of the goods at the UAB "METALITA" store, located at the address ALEKSANDRO STLGINSKIO G.41G-1, KAUNAS.

The goods can also be returned within 14 days of their receipt by sending them by post, the Buyer bearing the costs associated with sending the goods and submitting a completed goods return form together with the package.

The seller must return to the buyer the price paid by the latter no later than fourteen days from the day he received the buyer's notice of withdrawal from the contract. The Seller may withhold refunds to the Buyer until the goods are returned to the Seller or until the Buyer provides proof that the goods have been sent to the Seller, whichever occurs first.

The buyer also has the right, within fourteen days from the delivery of the items, to ask to replace the purchased items with similar items of different dimensions, shape, color, model or completeness at the place of purchase or at another place indicated by the seller. If a price difference occurs when exchanging items, the Buyer and the Seller must settle according to the recalculated prices.

The buyer's request to replace the items is satisfied if the items have not been used, are not damaged, their usable properties have been preserved and they have not lost their commercial appearance, and the buyer has evidence confirming that he bought the items from that seller. Returned goods must be fully assembled. The Buyer is responsible for the full assembly and packaging of the item. If the goods are not fully assembled, the Seller or his representative may refuse to accept the returned goods.

Changes to the appearance of the product or its packaging, which were necessary to inspect the product, cannot be considered essential changes to the appearance of the product.

Products must be returned in the original product and shipping packaging. Also, the Buyer must submit the original product invoice and a completed and signed return form, which must indicate the reason for the return of the goods.

The provision on returning goods does not apply to the following groups of goods:

For Goods manufactured according to the Buyer's special instructions, which are not pre-manufactured and which are manufactured taking into account the Buyer's personal choice or instruction, or for Goods which are clearly adapted to the Buyer's personal needs; Packaged Goods that have been unpacked after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons; Goods which, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery; For goods that have been used, damaged or have lost their marketable appearance.

Clarification of the right to withdraw from the contract

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The contract withdrawal period will end 14 days after the day you receive or a person indicated by you, other than the carrier, receives the product.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send a notice that you exercise your right to withdraw from this contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of contract cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will immediately and in any case not later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your decision to withdraw from this contract, refund the money received from you, including the delivery costs (excluding additional costs incurred if you chose not the cheapest standard shipping method offered by us, and other shipping method). We will make such refund using the same payment method that you used for the original payment transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different method; in any case, you will not have to pay any fees related to such refund. We may not refund the payment until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have dispatched the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your decision to withdraw from this contract, send the goods back or hand them over to us or send them via the courier services Venipak, LP Express with delivery to Šilalės st. 14B, Kaunas.

The deadline is not violated if you sent the goods before the 14-day deadline. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only responsible for the decrease in the value of the product caused by actions that are not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and performance of the product.
